Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in China via trusted international carriers.
- United States: 14–20 business days
- Canada / UK / Europe: 15–25 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 15–25 business days
- Rest of world: 20–30 business days
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. In rare cases (customs checks, peak season, severe weather) delivery can take longer — we appreciate your patience.

- Orders under $39: flat $4.99 shipping fee
Duties & taxes
For the United States and most destinations, no additional import duties apply to typical orders. In some countries local customs may charge import taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking numbers may take 3–5 business days to become active after shipping.
Wrong address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to correct an address; we cannot change addresses after an order has shipped.
