Refund policy

Returns

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kusmala.com with your order number

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened grooming tools, opened food or water bowls, or items marked "Final Sale".

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, please email us a photo of the item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we'll email you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After the order has shipped, please use the return process instead.

Return shipping

Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
