Where do you ship from?

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in China via trusted international carriers. US orders typically arrive in 14–20 business days.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on US orders over $39. Orders under $39 are a flat $4.99.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking numbers can take 3–5 business days to become active.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! We work with pet stores, groomers and resellers worldwide. Email support@kusmala.com with your business name and the products you're interested in, and we'll send you our wholesale price list.

Are your products safe for pets?

Absolutely. We choose products made from pet-safe materials and inspect every item before it ships. If anything isn't right, our 30-day guarantee has you covered.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — contact us within 12 hours of ordering (or 24 hours for address changes) and we'll take care of it. Once an order has shipped it can't be changed.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll try to help.

Which size should I order for a harness?

Please measure your dog's chest girth (the widest part, just behind the front legs) and compare it to the size chart on the product page. Measuring beats guessing — it's the single biggest reason for returns.
